Maratha Quota Fury: Manoj Jarange's Strike for Kunbi Status

Meanwhile, retired judge Shinde asserts that issuing such certificates falls under the jurisdiction of the backward class commission. He clarifies that caste certificates are awarded to individuals and not entire communities.
