In a tragic incident, a bear attack resulted in the deaths of two shepherds in Singrauli district, Madhya Pradesh.

The attack took place on Monday in the forest regions of Jamgadi and Khanua villages, approximately 60 kilometers from the district headquarters.

According to Jitendra Singh Bhadoria, in-charge at Sarai police station, the victims, Ganesh Prasad Vaishya and Hira Shah, were tending to their cattle when the bear struck. Officials confirmed that financial assistance will be provided to the bereaved families according to state guidelines.
