Compassionate Appointment Dispute: UP Government's Appeal Accepted

The case pertains to Rahul, whose application for employment following his father's death has been contested due to his mother's employment as an Assistant Teacher. This situation, the government argues, contravenes the rules stipulating that a family member should not already be employed.

The court deemed the matter significant enough to admit the appeal for consideration and has stayed the previous order, with a hearing scheduled for the week beginning October 6, 2025.
