Namo Van: A Green Initiative Blossoms in Rohtak

Union Health Minister J P Nadda marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday with the inauguration of the 'Namo Van' in Rohtak. The event commenced with Nadda planting a sapling, underlining an initiative to boost the city's green cover.

Haryana's Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and other prominent state officials were present, expressing their commitment towards environmental protection. Nadda announced plans to plant 10,000 saplings in collaboration with Rohtak's residents, urging them to take part actively in nurturing the environment.

Addressing nature enthusiasts, Nadda emphasized the role of women in environmental conservation, likening it to household management. Later, as part of the celebrations, he watched the launch of campaigns aimed at enhancing women's health and nutrition, further underscoring the day's themes of health and green stewardship.
