Dreamfolks, a global travel and lifestyle services aggregator, announced it is discontinuing domestic airport lounge services, triggering a nearly 5% drop in the company's share price on Wednesday, reaching Rs 131 on the BSE.

Despite this setback, the company asserts that its contracts with clients remain active and is actively engaging in discussions to explore alternative value propositions for its customers. This move comes amid communications from suppliers such as Adani Digital, Semolina Kitchens, and Encalm Hospitality indicating their intention to discontinue certain services.

According to Liberatha Kallat, Chairperson and Managing Director, the industry is experiencing significant changes as private airport operators are evolving into major lounge aggregators across India. Dreamfolks posted a net profit of Rs 65 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year on a revenue of Rs 1,292 crore.
