Haryana is embarking on a transformative journey in e-governance, unveiling a series of digital initiatives to modernize the state's Revenue Department. These reforms, aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on September 29 in Kurukshetra.

A focal point of the upgrade is the state's transition to paperless registration, integrating various land and property databases into a cohesive digital framework. According to Financial Commissioner Sumita Misra, this move promises to make property dealings faster, more transparent, and secure, reducing the need for multiple office visits.

The launch will include a live demonstration of the digital system and also unveil other initiatives, such as a demarcation portal and a WhatsApp Chatbot for instant access to land records. Additionally, a Revenue Court Case Management System will be piloted to hasten the resolution of disputes, reinforcing the state's commitment to a transparent and citizen-friendly governance model.
