The witness reported seeing the accused, Chetansinh Chaudhary, chasing a person out of the pantry car and later engaging in a confrontation with a bearded man, whom he subsequently shot.
Chaudhary, who was detained soon after the shooting, faces multiple charges under the IPC and other acts, as the case proceeds in Mumbai court.
