According to Superintendent of Police Hitika Vasal, head constable Vasudev Sharma and constable Sharad Yadav, were involved in the altercation that has been deemed unethical by the department. The video footage, which surfaced on Tuesday, shows the officers engaging in inappropriate behavior.
The authorities reacted promptly, ordering a probe and assigning the two to the Guna Police Lines during their suspension. Suspended for negligence, they are restricted to headquarters and receive only a mere subsistence allowance. An investigation led by the Sub-Divisional Officer has been initiated to uncover more details within a five-day deadline.
