The horrifying incident dates back to October 5, 2024, when Gulzar and three others, identified as Ajay, Neeraj, and Kamal, allegedly assaulted the victim. During the assault, Gulzar threatened the boy with a gun, inflicting injuries that rendered him unconscious.
Three suspects were apprehended earlier, while Gulzar continued to evade capture. His arrest came after sustained surveillance and a carefully planned operation. During interrogation, Gulzar admitted his guilt and detailed his efforts to avoid arrest by frequently moving locations.
