Despite China's assertion, Taiwan continues to uphold formal diplomatic relations with a select number of countries around the world. Notably, these include several nations in Latin America, the Pacific, Africa, and Europe, demonstrating continued international support for Taiwan's autonomy.
Countries such as Belize, Guatemala, Paraguay, and Vatican City remain on the list of those maintaining ties, highlighting Taiwan's ongoing strategic efforts to preserve its global diplomatic footprint.
