The Israeli military has issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents of 11 towns and villages in southern Lebanon. The warning urged locals to move at least 1,000 meters away to open areas.
According to the military, ongoing operations against Hezbollah were necessary after a reported violation of their ceasefire agreement. Israel continues to execute strikes across southern Lebanon, destroying what it claims are Hezbollah infrastructure sites.
Meanwhile, the Iran-backed Hezbollah group persists in launching drone and rocket strikes against Israeli forces stationed in Lebanon and northern Israel.
