On Tuesday, a Russian missile strike tragically claimed the lives of four individuals in Dnipro, a key city in southeastern Ukraine, as stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. This attack marks just one episode in a relentless series of assaults targeting the eastern regions of the country.
President Zelenskiy condemned the attacks on Telegram, labeling them as 'absolutely cynical, senseless terrorist strikes void of any military sense.' He noted that such strikes persist daily on Ukrainian cities and villages.
Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported the death toll at three, while nine others sustained injuries, one critically. The attack also ignited a local business, contributing further to the devastation.
