According to Zelenskiy, Russian forces have violated the ceasefire 1,820 times as of 10 a.m. local time, employing tactics such as shelling, attempted assaults, air strikes, and drone usage.
Zelenskiy further revealed on X that a decision concerning Ukraine's next steps will be made based on comprehensive reports from the military and intelligence communities.
