On Tuesday night, an explosion at the Border Security Force's Punjab Frontier in Jalandhar jolted the community, followed hours later by a similar incident in Amritsar. Punjab Police Commissioner Dhanpreet Kaur stated that progress has been made in the investigation, which currently focuses on collected explosive swabs sent for forensic analysis.
Security footage caught the dramatic moment in Jalandhar, showing a scooter that belonged to local delivery man Gurpreet Singh bursting into flames. Authorities are examining multiple leads, while Singh and his family cooperate with the ongoing probe. Amid rising tensions, the Director General of Police, Gaurav Yadav, inspected the sites, indicating a heightened state of alert and further investigations.
