Justice Sought: Jan Suraaj Party's Plea for Fair Investigation

The Jan Suraaj Party has formally requested a meeting with Bihar's Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary to discuss the murder of Pandav Kumar, a state resident, killed in Delhi last month.

Led by Prashant Kishor, the party demands a comprehensive investigation and support for the victim's family. Their spokesperson, Manoj Bharti, emphasized the emotional outcry among the diaspora, criticizing the Bihar government for lack of acknowledgment.

The party submitted a five-point memorandum, urging a clear policy for supporting citizens working outside the state, including compensation and assistance structures for families in such situations.
