Governors of West Bengal and Telangana Meet with Union Home Minister Amit Shah
West Bengal Governor R N Ravi and Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Both officials, appointed as governors in March, discussed pertinent matters. Ravi previously served Tamil Nadu while Shukla has a history in both the Rajya Sabha and finance.

On Friday, West Bengal Governor R N Ravi and Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla had separate meetings with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, officials have disclosed.
Ravi, who became the 22nd governor of West Bengal this March after a term as the governor of Tamil Nadu, met with Shah as confirmed by a post from the Ministry of Home Affairs on X.
Simultaneously, Telangana's Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla also called on Shah. Shukla, the fifth governor of Telangana, has a distinguished record, having been elected to the Rajya Sabha in 2016 and previously serving as a Union minister of state for finance.
