Proclaimed Offender's Property Attached in Baramulla

In Baramulla district, a property linked to Rasid-ud-Din Qureshi, a proclaimed offender and Hizbul Mujahideen affiliate, was seized by authorities on Saturday.
According to police sources, Qureshi, a resident of Nadihal Rafiabad, is currently based in Pakistan and had crossed into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir for arms training. He currently faces charges under Section 2/3 of the Egress and Internal Movement (Control) Ordinance, 2005.
This ordinance was established to control the movement of individuals within and from Jammu and Kashmir. The seized two-kanal land in Lashdaej Nadihal marks the third attachment action in Sopore within the same week.
