Gang War Unmasked: Shooter Linked to Notorious Gogi Gang Apprehended

In a significant breakthrough, Delhi Police's Special Cell has apprehended Sonu Chaudhary, a suspected shooter affiliated with the infamous Gogi gang. The arrest took place in Alipur, outer Delhi, and resulted in the recovery of a semi-automatic pistol and live cartridges, according to official sources.

Chaudhary, also known as Sonu, hails from Panipat, Haryana, and was wanted for multiple crimes, including an attempted murder case registered in northeast Delhi's Karawal Nagar. A court had declared him a proclaimed offender earlier this year after he allegedly opened fire on a lawyer.

Police investigations revealed that Sonu came into contact with a US-based gangster through encrypted social media channels, which led to his involvement in gang-related shootings under instruction from abroad. The Special Cell's crackdown marks a critical step in curbing gang violence in the capital.
