A Chinese national has been apprehended in Bihar's East Champaran district for allegedly not possessing valid travel documents, including a visa, announced police officials on Sunday.
The individual, identified as Yao Shuzhang from China's Shandong Province, was intercepted by Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) in Raxaul as he entered India from Nepal. He was then handed over to the local police, leading to a formal arrest.
Kishan Paswan, Station House Officer of Haraiya police station, stated that preliminary investigations suggest Shuzhang is involved in the toy business and planned to hire Indian workers. A case has been filed against him, and he is now being interrogated by various agencies.
