The drone strike, which ignited a fire near the Gulf nation's sole nuclear power plant, remains unclaimed as UAE officials probe its origin. The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defence is actively working to identify the source of this provocative action.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) condemned the assault, calling it a dangerous escalation and urging for urgent diplomatic engagement to prevent further hostilities. 'We urgently call for restraint and a return to dialogue and diplomacy,' the MEA stated.
