Days after Twisha Sharma, aged 33, was discovered dead at her marital residence in Bhopal, her family and supporters protested at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Monday. They allege irregularities in the post-mortem process and are demanding a CBI probe into her death.

Protesters carried placards reading 'Justice for Twisha' and accused Twisha's husband, lawyer Samarth Singh, and his mother, retired judge Giribala Singh, of murder and dowry harassment. Twisha, originally from Noida, was found hanging on May 12. Her family claims the body remained unexamined for five days at AIIMS Bhopal.

Protesters are calling for a re-examination of her medical records in Delhi, citing dissatisfaction with the investigation in Bhopal. An SIT was formed, and an FIR under dowry death and harassment laws has been filed against Samarth and his mother.
