DoT to Hold Pension Adalat in Delhi for Telecom Pensioners and Family Pensioners

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, has announced a special Pension Adalat for pensioners and family pensioners associated with the Delhi Telecom Circle, aimed at resolving long-pending pension-related grievances.
The Pension Adalat is being organised by the Office of the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Delhi, and will specifically address pension issues concerning retired employees and family pensioners of:

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL)
whose pension administration falls under the Delhi Telecom Circle.

The Pension Adalat will consider grievances related to:

Other pension-related administrative issues
However, only grievances that are:

More than six months old as on 1 January 2026
will be eligible for consideration during the Adalat.
The Department clarified that:

Court-related matters will not be considered

Only pre-registered grievances will be taken up during the proceedings
