Youth Found Guilty in Fatal Stabbing of Delhi Student

A youth has been found guilty by a Delhi court for stabbing a class 12 student to death during a fight near Govind Puri Metro station in early 2023. The conviction primarily hinged on testimony from a credible eyewitness who provided a detailed account of the incident.

The court case involved Shiva Chaudhary, who was charged with the murder of Mohan, a student fatally stabbed in the chest during a group altercation on January 30, 2023.
