Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to commence a significant two-day visit to Bihar and Odisha starting Friday, during which he will launch a series of development projects and participate in International Day of Yoga celebrations. The tour is poised to enhance infrastructure and bolster connectivity in both states.
In Bihar, Modi will inaugurate the Vaishali-Deoria railway line project, valued over Rs 400 crore, along with a new train service, significantly improving regional transport. Additionally, he will flag off the Vande Bharat Express in north Bihar, enhancing connectivity through state-of-the-art locomotives built for international export.
Odisha will witness the launch of development projects worth Rs 18,600 crore, encompassing vital sectors such as health, transport, and agriculture. The prime minister's visit will also coincide with the 11th International Day of Yoga, where Modi will spearhead large-scale yoga sessions in Visakhapatnam, advocating for holistic health and environmental synergy.
