Alifa Ahmed's Landslide Victory in Kaliganj Bypolls
Trinamool Congress candidate Alifa Ahmed secured a decisive victory in Kaliganj by winning by a margin of 50,049 votes against BJP's Ashish Ghosh. Despite slightly fewer votes than her late father in 2021, her triumph was due to a better vote division among competitors.
