According to Koo, who briefed reporters following a meeting of economic ministers, these discussions will also involve South Korea's top trade envoy, symbolizing the nation's proactive approach in dealing with trade challenges.
Furthermore, South Korea's foreign and industry ministers are scheduled to fly to the United States for further trade discussions as early as this week, indicating the urgency and importance of these negotiations under Koo's fresh leadership.
