Controversy Unfolds as Brazilian Justice Freezes Bolsonaro Assets
Brazilian Supreme Court Justice ordered the freezing of Eduardo Bolsonaro's assets. The decision arose amid a probe into his conduct in the U.S. Former President Trump condemned the action, leading to geopolitical tensions and affecting relations between Brazil and the U.S.

Brazil's Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes has enacted a controversial order to freeze the accounts and assets of Eduardo Bolsonaro, son of former President Jair Bolsonaro. Eduardo, a congressman, condemned the move as 'another arbitrary and criminal decision' via social media.
The confidential order, reported by CNN Brasil, is part of an investigation into Eduardo's conduct in the United States. This decision comes amidst international tensions, with former U.S. President Donald Trump labeling the investigation as a 'witch hunt.'
In response, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has revoked the visas of Justice Moraes, his court allies, and their families. Further complicating matters, Brazil's Supreme Court has imposed restrictions on former President Bolsonaro, including an ankle bracelet and social media ban, accusing him of seeking Trump's intervention.
