Errol Musk, the father of billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, is exploring Bosnia as a potential site for a new research institute focused on gravity, space-time, and longevity. This initiative comes months after his initial plans to set up the facility in Dubai.

During his visit, Musk expressed surprise at Bosnia's economic prospects, opportunities, and welcoming population. Bosnia's Chamber of Commerce highlighted the country's educated workforce and potential, which seems to have appealed to Musk.

While Musk has yet to delve into Bosnia's political landscape or invest discussions with his son, he emphasized the importance of a non-restrictive environment conducive to innovative thinking, deterring 'over-controlling governments'. He is also looking at Austria and Serbia for potential sites.
