Bangladesh High Commissioner to India, M. Riaz Hamidullah, arrived in Tripura for a three-day visit, as confirmed by senior officials.
Hamidullah's itinerary includes meetings with Governor N Indrasena Reddy and Chief Minister Manik Saha, as well as visits to key infrastructures such as the Agartala Integrated Check Post (ICP) and the Akhaura Land Port.
The visit is aimed at assessing the current status of crucial projects like the Agartala-Akhaura rail link and the Maitri Setu, both impacted by political changes in Bangladesh.
