India has strongly dismissed a British parliamentary report that accused it of engaging in 'transnational repression' within the United Kingdom.
The Ministry of External Affairs criticized the report, claiming the allegations were based on ''unverified'' and ''dubious sources'' associated with banned anti-India entities and individuals.
MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated, ''The credibility of the report is questionable due to its reliance on discredited sources.'' The report, released by the British Parliament's Joint Committee on Human Rights, also named countries like China and Russia.
