Soren, a co-founder of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, succumbed at the age of 81 after battling kidney-related issues at Delhi's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
Ramgarh Deputy Commissioner Faiz Aq Ahmad Mumtaz and SP Ajay Kumar assessed the arrangements in Nemra, inspecting aspects like traffic, VIP movement, and sanitation to ensure the smooth and secure conduct of Soren's last rites on Tuesday.
In Nemra village, residents mourned the loss of their beloved 'Guruji.' Revered for his dedication to tribal development, Soren implemented vital infrastructure, including clean water, electricity, and healthcare, leaving a lasting legacy in Jharkhand.
