Vitthal More, the deputy leader of Shiv Sena (UBT), has stepped down from his post, expressing significant dissatisfaction with recent developments in the party. His resignation follows a critical meeting held at the residence of Uddhav Thackeray in Mumbai.
In his resignation letter, More highlighted his exclusion from party decisions, exemplified by the publication of a new list of office-bearers without his prior knowledge. This disclosure was made public in 'Saamana', a party-aligned publication.
Additionally, More cited incidents of targeted harassment reportedly orchestrated by the Mahayuti government under Eknath Shinde's orders, including multiple midnight raids on his hotel by municipal and police authorities without evidence of unauthorized activities.
