Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the Opposition, specifically targeting the Congress party and RJD, during a rally in Bihar's Sitamarhi on Friday. Shah accused them of politicizing the government's anti-terror initiative, Operation Sindoor, and emphasized the Modi-led administration's commitment to national security.
Addressing the crowd, Shah confronted RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's camp, questioning their opposition to the anti-terror operation. He pointedly challenged Lalu's son, Tejashwi Yadav, to explain what they had achieved for the Mithilanchal region, apart from fostering criminal activities when in power.
During the event, Shah praised the ongoing redevelopment efforts at the Janaki Mata temple in Punaura Dham, marking it as a milestone for the state's Hindu devotees. The event also saw the presence of Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, underscoring the project's significance.
