HS Lucky Appointed Observer for Jharkhand Under Congress's Sangathan Srijan Programme

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has made a strategic appointment, selecting HS Lucky, the President of the Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee, as the Observer for Jharkhand. This is part of the Sangathan Srijan programme aimed at revitalizing the state's political landscape. The appointment was confirmed by K C Venugopal, AICC's General Secretary (Organisation), with approval from Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.

Lucky's primary task will be to propose candidates for District Congress Committee Presidents in Jharkhand, vital for the party's ongoing restructuring. Expressing gratitude, Lucky pledged his commitment to fortifying the organizational framework and advancing the party's agenda, thanking senior leaders for their trust and support.

In addition to Lucky's appointment, AICC announced observers for Punjab, Odisha, and Uttarakhand. Earlier discussions by Rahul Gandhi spotlighted the need to differentiate between leaders who are diligent and those who are less effective, using the metaphor of race, wedding, and 'lame' horses, advocating for change within the party's ranks.
