BJP leader Nishikant Dubey has issued stark allegations against the Congress, accusing the party of engaging in longstanding voter fraud. On Wednesday, Dubey alleged that Congress has been backing Bangladeshi infiltrator Muslim voters, providing supposed examples of electoral malpractice, including rapid election calls following former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassination in 1984.

Dubey's claims, made in a series of posts on the social media platform X, include suspicions about the legitimacy of Rajiv Gandhi's election victories, with allegations of unauthorized voter transportation in Amethi during the 1981 and 1984 parliamentary elections. He pointed to a Supreme Court ruling that mentioned over 150 booths exhibited 100% voter turnout, a rare phenomenon in electoral processes.

As Congress leader Rahul Gandhi leads the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar to campaign against alleged voter roll manipulation in collaboration with the Election Commission, the BJP-Congress political rivalry intensifies. The yatra, an extensive 16-day journey, seeks to highlight perceived discrepancies, culminating in Patna to mark its conclusion.
