India's armed forces have been empowered with full autonomy following a terror attack in Pahalgam as indicated by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Singh stressed the importance of a measured, non-escalatory approach in dealing with such threats.
During his visit to Morocco, Singh reiterated India's stance on responding to terrorism by highlighting the country's actions during Operation Sindoor. The operation, which commenced on May 7, focused on dismantling terrorist infrastructures in areas under Pakistani control.
India's defense minister also highlighted the remarkable progress made under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, emphasizing the country's robust economic growth, digital transformation, and defense industry expansion. Singh's trip is set to deepen defense ties between India and Morocco with the signing of a new MoU.
