AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi is gearing up to launch his election campaign across Bihar's Seemanchal region from September 24 to 27. Dubbed the 'Seemanchal Nyay Yatra', this initiative aims to bolster support by addressing key development concerns.

The Hyderabad MP plans to hold road shows and corner meetings throughout various Assembly constituencies. His goal is to unite the people for development and deliver much-needed justice to a region he cites as suffering from backwardness.

Owaisi's efforts include advocating for the 'Seemanchal Region Development Council' via a bill in the Lok Sabha. In the previous 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, AIMIM won five out of 20 contested seats, all within Seemanchal. With the 2025 elections nearing, the party aims to contest even more seats, gaining interest from influential political leaders and social workers.
