Moldovan Voters in Russia Face Polling Station Shortage

The Kremlin on Monday criticized Moldova for limiting voting locations for its citizens residing in Russia during a vital parliamentary election. The Kremlin claimed that only two polling stations were made available, hindering participation of Moldova's Russian-based demographic.
