The Delhi High Court requested a response from the Election Commission on Monday regarding a plea by Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh for a poll symbol in the upcoming Bihar election.

Justice Mini Pushkarna directed the Election Commission to submit a response by October 9, the date for the next hearing.

Previously, the EC had denied the request over internal disputes in the party, but it was argued that these disputes have been resolved.
