Tension escalated at a local polling station as senior BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan engaged in a heated exchange with election officials.

Soundararajan, who is contesting from the Mylapore constituency, raised concerns about the frequent movement of party agents in and out of the booth, questioning the officials for allowing such activities.

She pointed out an instance where an agent claimed to be a voter and then a food distributor, prompting her to demand clarity from authorities as police offered lunch breaks as a rationale.
