RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has voiced strong support for Mamata Banerjee to win a fourth consecutive term as West Bengal's Chief Minister. During several roadshows in the North 24 Parganas district, Yadav highlighted the enthusiasm and backing for the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC).
Attending rallies in Jagaddal, Bhatpara, and Khardaha, Yadav praised the public's firm trust in TMC candidates, like Amit Gupta and Somnath Shyam, carrying the party through this election. He noted that overwhelming public support suggests the people of Bengal are poised to grant Banerjee another term.
Upon his arrival in Kolkata, Yadav was asked about Raghav Chadha's recent entry into the BJP from the AAP. He attributed the move to Chadha's personal compromises, citing reasons of fear or greed as potential drivers for his political shift.
