In a fiery address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the TMC of harboring criminals who perpetrate violence against women. He emphasized the BJP's dedication to empowering women by choosing candidates such as Rekha Patra from Sandeshkhali.
While speaking in Thakurnagar, Modi assured that all refugees fleeing religious persecution would be granted citizenship under the Citizenship Amendment Act. He highlighted the BJP's landslide success in the first phase of elections as a sign of changing tides in West Bengal politics.
Invoking Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's iconic slogan, Modi rallied the public to bring the BJP to power, promising liberation from the alleged tyranny of the TMC. He also issued a stern warning against infiltrators, urging them to leave before the last polling phase, or face expulsion.
