In a recent verbal onslaught, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi lambasted the BJP, accusing it of harboring an 'anti-women and Manuwadi' mindset. Gandhi's remarks were in response to an alleged indecent comment made by Gujarat BJP President on woman Congress MP Geniben Thakor.
Gandhi questioned whether the BJP genuinely championed women's rights, suggesting their actions betrayed a regressive ideology. He emphasized that the BJP's mask of 'Nari Vandans'—a claim to honor women—is slipping, revealing what he calls true intentions beneath.
Further castigating the party, Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of evading Parliament, allegedly 'frightened' by Congress women MPs' questions. The Congress leader warned that women across India will respond to any insult with equal measure.
