DMK's Elangovan Criticizes Vijay's Political Aspirations

Senior DMK leader T K S Elangovan has criticized actor-turned-politician Vijay's electoral ambitions, predicting his party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), will face challenges in making an impact in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.

Elangovan confidently forecasted a landslide victory for the DMK-led alliance, boasting over 160 seats, while undermining the influence of Vijay's new political entity. He expressed faith in DMK's governance, citing widespread public satisfaction.

The DMK veteran launched a scathing attack on the BJP, labeling it as an 'anti-democratic' force exerting undue pressure on the Election Commission. Tamil Nadu's recent elections witnessed a heated three-way contest involving DMK, AIADMK, and TVK.
