In a firm dismissal of opposition claims, LDF convenor T P Ramakrishnan on Sunday branded the UDF's predictions of the Left front's electoral defeat as a 'false narrative' poised to fall apart when Kerala's assembly election results are announced.
The elections took place on April 9, with results expected on May 4. Ramakrishnan recalled a similar situation post-2021 elections when UDF predictions faltered and declared confidence in an LDF victory.
Ramakrishnan criticized the UDF for prematurely deliberating on ministerial positions, suggesting their forecasts stem from insecurity. He reaffirmed trust in the CPI(M)-led LDF's success, dismissing opposition projections as anxious maneuvers.
