Following the VCK's announcement of support, CM Vijay expressed appreciation by visiting VCK chief Thol Thirumavalavan, marking a significant move in government formation negotiations.
In a display of political finesse, Vijay has also called on IUML president K M Kader Mohideen, Congress leaders, AIADMK's C Ve Shanmugam, DMK president MK Stalin, MDMK founder Vaiko, PMK chief Anbumani Ramadoss, and Tamil nationalist party NTK's chief Seeman. These meetings signal Vijay's commitment to building strong alliances and ensuring a secular, minority-inclusive governance approach.
