Kerala BJP chief Rajeev Chandrasekhar announced on Saturday that Chief Minister-designate V D Satheesan had extended an invitation to him for the swearing-in ceremony of his cabinet on May 18.
In a Facebook post, Chandrasekhar shared that he had thanked Satheesan and sent his best wishes for the event. He also confirmed that BJP/NDA MLAs and leaders would participate in the ceremony.
The BJP's presence follows their victory in three seats in the April 9 Kerala Assembly polls, including leaders like Chandrasekhar and former Union Minister V Muraleedharan. The event promises attendance from top political personalities across party lines.
