AINRC legislator and former Deputy Speaker P Rajavelu administered the anti-terrorism pledge to those present at the venue.

Earlier, the lieutenant governor administered the pledge to the staff of his office at Lok Niwas, while Chief Secretary Sharat Chauhan separately administered the anti-terrorism pledge to the staff at his office.
