In a tragic incident, an elderly man named Kumaran lost his life in the early hours of Thursday following a wild elephant attack in a village in north Kerala. The attack occurred under the jurisdiction of Hemambika Nagar police station.
The unfortunate incident took place around 3 am when Kumaran, who was in his 60s, stepped out of his house and was trampled by the rogue elephant. Prompt action was taken as forest officials immediately reached the scene.
