Tragedy Strikes: Four Cheetah Cubs Found Dead at Kuno National Park
Four cheetah cubs were discovered dead in Kuno National Park, India. Preliminary investigations suggest predation by another animal. The mother cheetah remains unharmed. Post-mortem results are pending. 53 cheetahs remain in India, with nine recently introduced from Botswana. Previous cheetah relocations occurred in 2022 and 2023 from Namibia and South Africa.

Four cheetah cubs were tragically found dead in Kuno National Park, Madhya Pradesh, this Tuesday morning, said park officials.
The cubs, born to female cheetah KGP12 on April 11, were found with partially devoured carcasses by a monitoring team.
Initial reports suggest another animal predated on them, while the mother remains safe, as investigations continue and post-mortem findings are awaited.
